DMCA Policy for Kristi Noem Hund

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material.

To file a counter-notification, you must provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URL(s) of the specific content that was removed or disabled.
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Kristi Noem Hund may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
